Let start off with the advantages of working at home. Basically, when you work at home, you would not have to worry about waking up early to get ready, dress up, and driving to work. You can literally wake up just enough time to shower and have breakfast before you start working, which will help you to give a morning boost and help with your productivity. Other than that, you do not have other people to supervise you all the time, because you are at home, they will normally just ask for updates and progress, you can actually take a quick nap here and there without anyone noticing it. But for the disadvantages, some people could not work from home, it affects their productivity really bad, especially if you are living your dysfunctional family or not having the right workplace to work. Meanwhile, working at the office gives you different kind of productivity because in a way, the routines you are doing before you go to the office, pushes your body to move and helps with your mood and also, additional information, those routines help with fighting depression symptoms.
